... dumb analogy. The USA will catch a cold and Canada will trade elsewhere.

I will give you some small analogies. Canadian greenhouses cannot keep up with the demand as Canadians shun US pre-packaged salads. Canadians are buying orange juice from South America rather than Florida. Canada contribures approx $32B USD to the Florida economy. They are now choosing to go to the Dominican Republic, Cuba and other Carribbean sun destinations as per the Travel agency I supply copiers to.

It's cute that Canadians think they are our levels. This is the majors. Canada is college team at best.

If Trump takes this path, then yes. We know it will hurt Canada more than the US but US northern border states will feel equal pain.

Trump's threats have galvanized 40m Canadians to boycott the US in a way we have not seen in decades and diversify supply chains away from the USA.

BTW. You must have been terribly disappointed when your "master negotiator" was out started twice in the same week. Is that why you took a couple days off?

The only way to deal with a bully, which is what Trump is, is to punch him back right in the nose.

People on both sides of the border are going to be tariff-ied.

That is how Canadians feel about the man down south who paints his face every day.

The way Trump dances with his two hands resembling giving two men a hand job at the same time , one would wonder if he is really a gay drag queen?

I was in a veterninary office today with some time to kill waiting for my dog to get an arthritis shot and I discovered that almost everything in there was made in the USA. The veterinarian told me that they constantly are being asked, "do you have any dog food made in Canada?"
You are a disturbed man. Very strange rant.

Don Jr posted a video of himself duck hunting in Italy. He is accused of killing a protected duck, an endangered species, known as the Ruddy Shell duck. Do you see any resemblence?

I have not participated in Facebook in many years. The DEI joke is from a Canadian comedy show that is very popular across Canada.

... but yes, Ivanka Trump was definitely a DEI hire when she was in the White House. Don Jr and Eric Trump definitely schill for Trump with a lot of disinformation and cringy moments. Jareed Kushner, when he was in the White House, was also a DEI hire as he had no formal background in the tasks he was assigned to.

Tariffs have been a hot topic over the past two weeks. The number one uncertainty is if those tariffs would be enacted as promised how they would affect the price of ... well, everything, including EVs. And despite all of the dancing around who would be paying for those increased prices, Ford's CEO has no problem telling the world exactly who would be paying for the increased cost of the automaker's parts: you.
