On Social Security I am 77 and have been drawing and have been drawing Social Security for over 7 years. (I did not start drawing until I actually retired thereby increasing the monthly amount I could draw. The last 4 years, under Biden, the annual COLA, Cost Of Living Adjustment, has been less than half what the actual retail inflation for products senior citizens need to purchase. In addition the annual rate for Medicare Part B has increased at a % that is higher than COLA resulting in senior citizens falling even farther behind. Another thing, under the Democrat shutdown of the economy during the pandemic the Democrat controlled Congress voted to give those on Unemployment an additional $700.00 to $1400.00 a week. Senior citizens got nothing. It is the Democrats that are screwing with Social Security and have since LBJ an d possibly before. Take out all the funding for spending projects created by LBJ's "War on Poverty" and Social Security would not be losing value. Add in the funding that under the law Congress was supposed to contribute each year and Social Security would be solvent for the next 200 to 500 years.
