Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney declared an end to the longstanding military alliance with the United States, citing a shift away from tight security cooperation. This dramatic move, sparked by escalating trade tensions and U.S. tariffs, marks a significant rupture in the historic partnership between the two nations.

Does this mean that Canada will no longer protect us?

Let's say you get your way and cripple the economies of Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia and all this production goes to the US.Then what? Who's gonna buy all your stuff?

It's not about that. America First. Every country will pay for their own national defense and we're gonna do what's necessary to bring industry to back to the US.

you're in for a rude awakening, young man. Europe looks at Canada with pity but it's not gonna save you. How did Canada become so dependent on the US? That's the question you should be asking yourself?

That's not an answer to the question. You keep saying, yourself, that you are looking forward to crippling economies. Have you changed your mind?
