    The younger generations have no concept of mechanical aptitude and everything is just too hard for them.
    Read service manual?...nope..just google for answers.
    So many of them also think they know what they are talking about but rarely do and they can't even IT right because everything they learned was from a youtube video or an online 'class'

    Will not be long before all copiers go cartridge based replacement assemblies because nobody can fix anything anyway.

      That or they are on their phones jacking around instead of trying to apply themselves and actually try to learn something.....you know you are being paid..right?
