The issue is more with due process than anything else. Government could call anyone a "terrorist" and then deny them due process under our laws. We did this with Japanese Americans during WW2, oh what short memories we have!
Not to mention the current admin is chock full of whacka-doos and traitors so not a whole lot of credibility with these folks.
Our laws apply to all people in this country, period. This includes due process and 1st amendment protections.

If you're not a citizen and you don't have the correct paperwork to be here, you get deported. End of story. We don't need to litigate every case.
