    Guess what, his initial Visa expired on Feb. 2, 2023. Under the Biden Administration he was granted a two year extension in March 2023. Those whose Visas have expired are much harder to track especially when they don't wish to be found like when they are planning a terrorist attack. Something he had been planning for over a year.

Deporting people exercising their 1st amendment rights, nope cannot support that either.                 One man who does not belong to a group of illegals and does not want to be found. Where do you start looking. As far as Biden goes why wasn't he deported in February 2023 when his first Visa expired. He was gathering makings for his fire bombs for over a year. Most of if not all was under Biden's watch. Why was DHS and the FBI investigating those purchases?

                  I support the deportation of every person illegally in this country or who entered illegally and was aided and abetted by the Biden Administration REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE OR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. We have illegals in our country from all over the globe thanks to the Biden Administration. They all have to go.

                  As for student visas, they are our guests here to get an education. As such they are expected to behave as good guests should. If a guest crosses the line and no longer acts like a good guest should by committing crimes, agitating on campus or being openly anti-Semitic, their visa should be immediately terminated and they should be returned back to where they came from. This stuff isn't rocket science. Its also not a 1st Amendment issue.

                        There are 500k who came here legally, been vetted, have sponsors, and even paid their own way to get here and Trump wants to deport them; why? Is this not what you wanted, legal immigration with vetting? These include people who supported our troops during the Afghan war who did everything the proper and legal way. They did everything right, except being white.

                        All persons in this country are guaranteed the same rights under the Constitution, regardless of if they have a visa or not. When you go to another country, those same laws protect you, there is not a "special" set of laws for visa holders or tourists. This is most definitely a free speech issues, clear as day.
                        Peacefully protesting, social media post or simple traffic violations are not valis reasons to deport students. These are a lot different than crimes. Bringing attention to the horrors being perpetrated in Gaza is not antisemitism, it is a critique of the policies of the government of Israel, not its people. By your standard, our critiques of Trump and Biden would be "anti-Americanism", would it not?
