Supremes Shoot Down Rogue Federal District Judges.

Uuuuuuge rebuke of partisan lower court judges who overstepped their constitutional authority.

CNN is sad that the Supreme Court reestablished the constitutional powers of Presidents. The left hates our Constitution as it is an impediment to them.

It's sad how willing you are to allow the fat turnip unlimited power
It's almost as if you possess zero skepticism.

Why do you hate the United States Constitution so much? Happy Friday.

Hahahaha. There's a lot of projection in that question.

Nowhere near as sad as someone who knows little or nothing about the United States Constitutional can make such a stupid comment. The power that President Trump is exercising is that granted to him as President under Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." And Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution. "The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States"

Nowhere in the Constitution is the Judicial Branch given the ability to usurp those powers and SCOTUS just made that quite clear.

You have zero credibility in relation to the US constitution since you allowed the trumpster fire to wipe his ass with it.

You assume that everyone is like you.
The ability to think critically allows one to form their own opinions. Unlike the Maga brains who only regurgitate the garbage they hear on Fox, Newsmax, Breitbart and the White House briefing room.
If you had a shred of the skepticism you claim, you would understand.

“It just can’t be right — I mean, think of that. One district court judge in Texas or in any other state can say the immigration policy is illegal nationwide. And then — I mean, we’re going to sort of live in this legal landscape that is — that’s unrecognizable, right? It can’t be right that one district court judge can stop a federal policy in its tracks nationwide for years while the appeals process goes on.”

                      Supreme Court Justice Elaina Kagan
