Russia hampered by shortage of trucks in Ukraine after spending billions on state of the art weapons

Putin thought his military could just walk into Ukraine and take control in a day or two. Hitler thought the same thing in WWII. Kiev is one of the cities where the German army bogged down and was stopped as well.

It was the harshest condemnation of Putin's actions from any US official since the war in Ukraine began three weeks ago. Previously, Biden had stopped short of labeling atrocities being documented on the ground in Ukraine as "war crimes," citing ongoing international and US investigations.
