I'm almost certain you know exactly what I mean, but I will explain so even trumpty dumpty would understand.

The republicans are pretty sure they are gonna lose the upcoming midterms so they want to illegally redraw the congressional districts, starting in Texas. Trumpty dumpty called up Abbott and told him to get started. Abbott said, yes cult leader, I will get right on that. So, knowing it was an unethical order, the Democrats decided to not allow it to happen. And now Abbott has issued a bogus arrest warrant for said democrats. Total desperation
