          Stay away from processed foods.

True, the problem for most is their lack of knowledge of what is in the food and the long term consequences. The processed foods taste good, they are quick and easy and marketed as "good" for you. I actually just tried a granola bar that I used to eat years ago, thinking it was a good food then, it tasted like crap and the list of processed oils and junk in it is ridiculous.

All the additives and preservatives in processed foods is very unhealthy. Also, they're usually packed with calories and are a big contributor to obesity. The key to me kicking processed food was to never keep it in the house. All I eat is real food. It takes some getting used to but you'll feel much better in the long run.

I think we may already covered this topic possibly. Municipalities are turning the raw sewage water in to drinkable water. I know in our area our municipality has pretty good tap water, but recently they just started adding chlorine into the tap water. We have our home located on a deep well and use a 7 step filtering system which is probably a little over kill but it works. We also use a water distiller as well. Drink up!

Consumption of distilled water can cause dehydration and lead to health issues resulting from the lack of nutrients that are essential to our health

Agreed, there are two schools of thought on that, I like minerals in my water, so I do not distill it, we just filter it, no reverse osmosis. But, the water we have stored is all distilled and stored in glass bottles as our area is prone to hurricanes and loss of power for up to a few weeks.

The ground water in the town where I grew up had very high alkaloid levels and tended to dilate the kidneys causing the need for frequent urination. As a result they gad 2 water systems. One for drinking water brought in by rail tank cars and the other for all other uses. There was a third faucet at the kitchen sink for the drinking water. When the tank cars were condemned, The city had to find an alternative option and we ended up with the first functional ionic plant in the world, even made National Geographic.

Vaccinated foods coming to a store near you? I did see where they did shut down a facility recently.

Interesting observations from a fellow gardener.
