    CTN Post Pet Peeves

    Post: I have light copies.

    Response: Try a drum

    So either, you waste our time by not telling us what you tried or you're just really cheap and want a suggestion that doesn't cost money.

      Unfortunately a lot of techs do that also.

          And a large percentage of the time, light copies are something that can be corrected without replacing anything. Just do your job as a service technician and clean a few areas.

              I try to be as thourough as possible when I list a problem but then I get paranoid that I'm over explaining it.
