If you want to be an informed person you really need to watch the video again. Put your personal biases down before you click play. Or, not and stay the same old closed minded person you are.

      "to reach the same goal"

Trying to guarantee that we all do that is impossible without either giving to people that which they haven't earned or taking from people that which they have earned (usually both, as the government can't do the former without first doing more of the latter). All that can be guaranteed is the same opportunities, what each person does from there is on them. And don't tell me that skin color trumps all in what opportunities area available. Racial quotas in many areas have given people of color opportunities that they haven't earned (through skills or knowledge) by taking them from those who have, while people like Ben Carson, who grew in what is considered a disadvantaged household (single mother, absentee father, etc) became one of the worlds foremost neurosurgeons. It's attitude that makes the difference, not skin color.

I say this in all seriousness. You really aren't a very bright person.

You said they're trying "to reach the same goal."

        1. What is the goal.

        2. What is the plan to reach the goal.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

I was simply pointing out that nowhere in that video was it said anyone was kicking anyone else's ladder out from under them. That's it. You can read anything you want into that. And I'm sure you will.

            Again, you're not very smart.

You can't say what the goal is or how they plan to acheive it.

It's very simple. The goal is to make blacks financially equal to whites and the plan is to tilt the scales based on race.

You're a fool and a coward. And I mean that.

I agree with a lot of what you posted. But all you have to do is look at compensation between men and women doing the same job. Men are paid 10 to 20% more than women and without some kind of coaxing either through legislation or other means this will not change. People hate change. They have to be dragged kicking and screaming into it.

Coaxing? That's an intersting word. What he's trying to say is that he wants the government to put its thumb on the scales in favor of blacks. He's too much of a coward to give a straight answer.

If it means you will go away. Sure. You really told me.
Now go away. I mean it. You are too immature for me to waste anymore time on you. Thank you for your cooperation.

I await your final bout of homophobia.
