I think you just described Nancy Pelosi and her secret Jan6 Committee exactly.

As far as President Trump, on January 6, 2020 he was the sitting President therefore he was the current head of the Government of the United States so could not in any way be accused of sedition. On the other hand things that you have posted over the last five and a half in support of a thread that was started by a foreign entity are sedition would be treasonous if that foreign happens to be an enemy of the United States of America.
