Hearing Today 1 pm on the US Capital that was a National disgrace as Trump supporters attacked Police for hours to stop a legal elected winner of the 2020 election from being certified.

As the President watched on TV and did NOTHING for 3 hours. Never called the National Guard or any other law enforcement agency.

Nah, his council will use plausible deniability, it works much better then pleading the 5th and creates many other arguments in the process. A lot of people wanted to hang OJ for a crime he did not commit, Mr. Cochran proved that the glove did not fit and OJ became a free man, a classic case of plausible deniability. BTW, pleading the 5th, is not only for criminals, it works for innocent people as well.

And when President Trump merely ignores said subpoena like House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy did back in May, what are they going to do. Most like nothing. Let's see, May was 5 months ago. 5 months from now will be over 2 months after the new Congress is sworn in. The Jan6 Committee in their action today have pretty much insured that they will be voted out. So the subpoena will be moot.
