In fact almost exactly to the word the same plan that the one Republican who seems to want to cut Social Security proposed. I personally the Speaker and he has no intention of cutting Social Security benefits for seniors who have paid into it their entire working lives. What he does want to do is stop the funding of welfare through Social Security funds and the funding of Medicaid though Medicare.

P.S. President Biden is the country's worst nightmare.
