I saw a Biden administration liar on the news last night saying that they can't shoot it down because they are afraid people on the ground might be hit by the debris, I.E. collateral damage. WTH, when it is over one fields pop the damn balloon and let it fall to the ground. Whatever the instrument package it is carrying could provide a lot of MI data. Hell, Putin might even be willing to exchange US Marine Paul Whelan for it.

They knew about it for weeks.
They could have taken it down over montana.. but didn't.
Clearly it has propultion.
