I am creating this thread so that we can keep each other informed of recalls that might affect the prescribed medications you or your loved ones might be taking. Originally I was name this thread FDA Drug Recalls then decided not to since CTN is an international bulletin service and there are agencies in other countries that have similar missions as the FDA.
