Actually it is more because we were in a Dempanic shutdown and the only vaccines you could get during 2020 and 2021 were the mRNA COVID pokes. Also there was a problem with the measles's vaccines in use for a number of years. Just before the start of the pandemic a supposedly vaccinated faculty member at a California University campus came down with measles. After investigating the cause, which took until after they went to all online instruction other than certain labs. They then put out a directive that no one who had been vaccinated for measles during a specific time period might need to get vaccinated again because a high percentage of those vaccinated during that time did not take.
