Obama is acknowledging that, despite his campaign promises, "there's no such thing as shovel-ready projects." The president gave that remark in an hour-long interview with the New York Times.
    More drifting, Skippy.

I figured you would be too busy laughing at the extreme hypocrisy of your precious republicans for voting against, and then sticking out their hands for the money. Oh, and they took credit for it. Hahaha. Too funny.

Dude, you're so naive. Don't you understand that the private sector is much better at large projects as as opposed to big government.

      Example:

Biden's $7.5 billion investment in EV charging has only produced 7 stations in two years. President Biden has long vowed to build 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations in the United States by 2030.

The Tesla Supercharger network is the dominant fast-charging network in the United States, with roughly 6,000 station locations and about 28,000 charging ports.

Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.

Who do you think is actually doing the work? Do you actually think Biden is running around setting up charging stations? Who is the naive one?
The private sector does the work, Skippy.

You're losing focus again. Elon Musk built 28,000 charging stations at zero cost to taxpayers. Biden spent 7.5 billion and produced 7 in 2 years. We'd be better off if he gave that money to Elon.

Do you want actual results or be a cheerleader for liberals? Do tell.

Musk did it so he could sell cars. It wasn't an altruistic move for him, Skippy.
You are a much better cheerleader for Musk and trumpy than I have ever been.

And in fact, we were focusing on how your precious republicans all voted against the infrastructure bill but were all standing with their hands out to collect it. And then they had the audacity to take credit for it. Republicans, the party if hypocrisy.

So what? You sound like a communist with your proclamation that the private sector doesn't work and the rich are evil for wanting to make a profit.

It's amazing that you praise failure and criticize success.

Speaking of connecting rural areas to the internet, Elon beats big government again. Not only in the USA but around the world.

Hilarious when are you buying a Tesla EV car?

You can charge it at home or at one of Tesla supercharger stations.

Any failure or success is going to that same private sector you speak about. As stated before, the politicians are doing the work, the private sector is. I'm not sure why that makes me a communist. Please explain.

You're so naive and ignorant not know the difference between the private and public sector. There's so much government waste and it's staggering. That's because the government is too damn bloated and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The government pays $10,000 for a toilet seat. Most big projects have massive cost overruns. The government used to do great things about 50-70 years ago. But now with rules and regulations imposed by democrats, they spend millions on multiple impact studies that take years.

The evidence says we're better off putting our failth in Elon over the government. And it's much cheaper.

Although, I have one question. What is "failth"? It seems you are unsure of Musk's expertise. It's like a combination of the word fail and the worth faith. Does that mean you have faith that Musk will fail? Lol
