We really need some mods badly. Spam is out of f'n control.
Aneurysm has been in during the last 3 months than the previous 3 years. Hopefully he'll get the time to vet a few people. IMHO we also need at least one more admin. If something were to happen to Aneurysm,we would be without anyone.
I am researching smart watches to buy and was wondering if anyone has recommendations.
My primary reason is heart and sleep monitoring for purposes of lowering the blood pressure. In addition it would be great to have a watch I can use for running and such that can sync with Intervals.
My wife has apple watch ultra. It’s great but I am wondering if having to charge it every 3 days will bother me.

No matter what you get you will have to charge it on a regular basis. Do some research. First you need one that is compatible with what ever mobile phone you use. Once you have a list of compatible watches compare features. Eliminate those that do not have the features you want then those that have features you don't need. One thing, I don't think a watch will be the best thing for monitoring blood pressure. What you need is a blood pressure cuff that can send the results to you cellular device or to your computer where they can be stored and tabulated.
