And Trump was the president and had the authority to declassify documents. The same was not true of Senator and VP Biden, and he had, in his various offices and garage, documents from both periods.

Yes, you can be arrested for viewing some of that, but Hunter Biden walks free after creating it.

Clintons email server was illegal at the time, as was her wiping it after it had been subpoenaed. Since the federal government started using email they have required certain, ever tightening standards for security, which her server didn't meet. Also, using that server rather than the official State department servers looks a whole like like making multiple deposits under to $10k limit to avoid reporting, which will get you investigated for what is called structuring, intentionally trying to avoid the limit to avoid an investigation. Absolute proof she did something wrong? No, but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's not likely to be a persian cat.

Trump had the authority to declassify documents at will as president. Neither Clinton, Pence nor Biden had that, yet all three had classified documents in their possession (Clintons were emails, but the standard is the same) and are not being prosecuted, or even really investigated.

I'll handle your last misstatement first. Biden is a pant-shitting vegetable, he is nothing more than a human loudspeaker, reading a teleprompter (poorly at that) or repeating what is said to him through his hearing aids (Salute the Marines was an instruction that he said out loud). Others are pulling the strings and have been all along.

If Trump declassified documents, and the process if vastly different for the president than anyone else, then he had the right to those documents. Biden (or his handlers) reclassifying them now would be the same as making the online moniker mojorolla illegal now and arresting you for using it when it wasn't illegal when you started using. It's called an ex post facto law and it's unconstitutional, period. Thinking otherwise just demonstrates your ignorance of the constitution and your overwhelming desire to see Trump go down for something, anything, not matter what it takes or what laws have to be broken to do it. BTW, the laptop contains not only videos of Biden the younger doing illegal things, it also contains emails indicating illegal actions that include Biden the elder. These have been verified as coming from the Biden family and their "business associates". Even hunter admits that he did nothing to earn the various jobs he got and would not have gotten them if he wasn't the son of the VP.
