I'll handle your last misstatement first. Biden is a pant-shitting vegetable, he is nothing more than a human loudspeaker, reading a teleprompter (poorly at that) or repeating what is said to him through his hearing aids (Salute the Marines was an instruction that he said out loud). Others are pulling the strings and have been all along.

If Trump declassified documents, and the process if vastly different for the president than anyone else, then he had the right to those documents. Biden (or his handlers) reclassifying them now would be the same as making the online moniker mojorolla illegal now and arresting you for using it when it wasn't illegal when you started using. It's called an ex post facto law and it's unconstitutional, period. Thinking otherwise just demonstrates your ignorance of the constitution and your overwhelming desire to see Trump go down for something, anything, not matter what it takes or what laws have to be broken to do it. Not wanting the same standards applied to democrats further demonstrates this and your adherence to double standards.

Thats my point, Trump cannot declassify documents with his mind. The guy is on tape admitting this very thing; he didn't declassify the documents.
Then he stonewalled, hid, told his lawyers to lie, etc, etc. Biden and Pence said "hey we found this shit we want to give it back. Please feel free to search all our properties." Gee, wonder why his house was raided.

As to Hunters laptop, emails "indicating" illegal activity is not proof. If he is corrupt, he should be charged, it really is that simple. Gather the evidence and prosecute him and all those involved. Until there is proof that will hold up in court, its just a bunch of talking heads.

BTW, the laptop contains not only videos of Biden the younger doing illegal things, it also contains emails indicating illegal actions that include Biden the elder. These have been verified as coming from the Biden family and their "business associates". Even hunter admits that he did nothing to earn the various jobs he got and would not have gotten them if he wasn't the son of the VP.
