See here's the problem. If he restrains her you saw how she was fighting. He would really have to force her down. At that point it would be considered police brutality because he's obviously bigger and stronger then she is. And he probably would break half the bones in her body. With how fisty this old lady was he was probably thinkin that she would put up a fight so its safer off to taze her then to fight her. I would have done the same. Old people shouldn't be driving anyways.

I don't think VistaTech meant to say that ALL old people shouldn't be driving. But I do however think that once you hit a certain age there should be a test you a have to take maybe every 2 years to see if you're still up to the challenge.

Wow is my English. I will be starting college again at the age of 30 to learn more about Cisco Equipment. I'm thinking there will be English classes involved.
