Tech Comp

Just a question, I am paid a salary and then once a month we get tech comp. This is based on 3 things.

1. number/type of clicks
2. FCE-first call effectiveness
3. Parts usage.

This is the first company that I have worked that has done that. I love it. On good months I double my income.

Anyone else get tech comp?
