Betcha Santa is a lot less "insulated" down under at 100F. Sounds like you could darn near cook that traditional turkey and dressing on your driveway.

I think I like the idea of shrimp and suds for Christmas dinner.

Just what is allowed in Rants and Raves

ugg. Just believe in whatever you want. As this is a copier forum lets keep religion out. If you pray to your god to make the damn machine work then feel free to express it. Just remember no one cares who your god is.
It was not intended to offend, I apologize if it did. Of course everyone has a choice, simply don't read any more replies to this post. No one is forcing you to read it. If you don't like the TV program, you just change the channel, don't you? If you don't like the song on the radio or the talk radio program, don't you switch stations? So what is the big deal? Does everyone in America or the world have to have the same opinion on everything? It's not like we're taking over the entire forum, just one thread. You are from New England, aren't you? Everyone has a different opinion up there. I wish nothing more than peace, love and happiness for you, so please don't take it personally when I'm trying to make a point. Which is, that a lot of people believe/do things because the crowd tells them they should do it, or their parents always did it, or their buddies ridicule them if they do something else. Whatever happened to examining (this requires reading, studying and trying to understand, ie...work) something and formulating your own decisions based on facts. That is called thinking, btw. Then you compare what you've discovered to those around you and discuss (not argue) reasons why you've decided to go in the direction you have. Next, you listen to what reasons other people have and verify that you're on the right track. Because when it comes to this subject, the answer affects your life, your mate, & your children. It is far more important than to ignore it. As I was doing this, I discovered that I had been lied to (in most cases not intentionally) for most of my life. My life has been a search for truth. I believe (for me) that I have finally found it. If someone showed you the cure for cancer, wouldn't you want to share it with the rest of the world. I am not better than anyone else, so why would I not want to share it with you? If I didn't want to, I would be a person who didn't care about you. I can't make you believe or even make you listen, because just like TV, you can change the channel. It really shouldn't offend anyone at all.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

It's not your fault. Some of them like being offended. It's a lifestyle.

I find it offensive that there are those who need to be PC in order to not offend those who find no offense in the offing.

In other words, Merry Christmas to all you PC groupies out there.

Somehow I just can't picture Santa on water skis.

Like Tim Allen said the in "The Santa Clause", "You don't want to see this in a Speedo!"
