Which Color Copier under $2500 is or was the absolute best!!!

We are an authorized dealer for Canon & Brother consumer products and the most expensive Color MFC is a desktop priced around $800. However we want to sell the next step up but yet keep the size to something smaller than a standalone machine. We want to provide something robust, something that will be more cost-effective to run than what we provide rightnow. Thanks

If you want to provide a good cartridge machine under 2500 that is impossible. From my experiences Samsung sells the least expensive color MFC's and they are all junk. Take this form a Samsung / Panasonic tech. Brother color MFC's are the best bang for your buck when it comes to standalone machines that aren't dual component machines.
