I started Monday by having to listen to a customer wine and bitch and demand that his bizhub 600 be replaced, because it throws a false 201 code once a week, and I have spent tons of my bosses money to fix it. I then had to call my district tech from corporate who seemed pissed that I would bother him with a problem.
