    printing banner probleme with mac

    heres is my probleme i have a c552 when i print a banner from a pc it's ok but when i tray to do it with the mac it seems that the machine receive the data without print
    can u help please

      Does your machine have the postscript option installed? You will need this to print from Macs.

      Also, you might want to move this to the technical forum under the manufacturer of your MFP. I'm assuming this is a Konica Minolta unit?
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
