Just pass him off to the salesman you like the least because parts are no longer available.

Its real easy to want to reply to the idiot but we all need to just ignore him. I've been reading the posts and not replying although I would love to. He's like teeth, ignore them and they'll go away.

I know, and you're right, and I said it before, but... temptation is a bitch!

I just wish we could do that with the Dem's... lol
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this machine have a fuser?

If so, is it user replaceable or a service item, and at what cost?

(We stopped handling the toy machines some years ago.)

He's also taking the "monthly duty cycle" to mean "this is what you can run on this machine routinely". Although he did say that his volume will drop.

"Monthly duty cycle" is a superfluous number, and is not a maximum, let alone recommended capacity.

"Monthly duty cycle" basically means how many prints you can run without the machine melting down. It is in no way an actual spec; it is essentially a useless number.
