The end result of thuggery (douchbaggery)

customers office got shot at over night a few nights ago.1111101142b.jpg1111101142a.jpgThe damage is only cosmetic, a small dent in the frame. They found the round in their lobby after it exited the machine. Also found a small fragment of the round behind the cover. Fun times!

I highly doubt it, unless it involves death or drugs our PD doesn't care.

This is just a case of a non tech trying to reset the thermal fuse without the proper training. I keep telling them to remove the fuser first. Wish they would read first, then fix.
Yes, I am here to fix your machine. No, your machine went out of warranty 18 years ago.

I think it was an inside job. They should ask around the office and see who has had some recent "copier issues".

This was the work of a disgruntle copier technician!
