Jr2 I agree with you 100% and think he should have mentioned in the ad, does not include toner, and dont want any personal stuff, I value everyone's opinion here and consider this site a must visit at least daily.

Just wanted to say thanks again guys/girls for your support, thoughts, suggestions, and criticisms. Lots of good ideas and I'm definately going to implement many of them and hopefully avoid such messes in the future.

      Thanks.

LOL...I can't believe that this post went on for this long. Nor can I believe how childish it got. Certainly made my day, since I got a good laugh out of most of it. Frankly, I think most of them are just 'pulling your leg'.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

My wife had an ice cream shop, had a customer complain that her child was burnt on the Hot Dog, would have thought the name said it all.

Easiest solution would have been to gladly refund his money for the two printers, and resell them-instead you end up with a customer who will now badmouth your company to anyone who will listen to him.

yeah, a guy who doesnt know about printers would be easily deceived, i have to admit. But I also think your ad is ok. But then again, we do know about printers and toners and cartridges and everything. I try to put myself into the client's shoes and no matter how angry i am about it, I will have no choice but to buy the missing part myself and not waste any more energy and time and money threatening you, or worse, acting on those threats by actually suing, etc.
