question for the old military electronics guys

i need help identifying/valuing this old oscilloscope. i plan to sell it on craigslist. it looks like it was demilitarized from Vandenberg Air Force Base in 2000.
as far as i know it doesn't work. i think it was made by a company called data check.

Not easy to value from the pictures alone. But I can seethey look SINGLE-TRACE oscilloscopes.
      - However, equipment usually designed & manufactured to Military standards/specifications [ MIL-STD ] are generally very ROBUST and highly DURABLE/long lasting, compared to those made for civilian uses.
      - You said that you have checked n they are not working. I advise that u double check their conditions again, with the help of another expert. You could be "throwing away" GOLD at a give away price. Take your time.
