    [Video] Xerox conversion gone bad

    Check out this video on youtube. It's a soon to be former customer of mine, who's IT dept decided Savin's weren't good enough and went to Xerox. This is his explanation at the town hall meeting at Creighton U. THis is only the first 6 months of the roll out.....

            Sounds like everyone that has ever had something else and then bought a Xerox only to find out that the only thing their equipment and support is good for is costing them more than they thought it would.
