Printing on a 21 x 60 cm page. Need help

Hi everybody,
I have a 2 A4 pages word document.
I need to print them into a single page with this sizes 21x60.
I cannot cut the paper.
I can use these machines Sharp (A3/A4) or Ricoh (A3/A4) or Lexmark (only A4)

Any clue?
What about making a single PDF? I tried with no success.
