The company I work for mentions now and again a bonus scheme. They have thought about it on and off and say for one reason for another that it can not be implemented.

Do the companies you work for have a bonus scheme and if so how does it work?

If you work for Ricoh......oops I miss stated IKON......I did it again....Ricoh....maybe IKOCH is the correct name. Either way....they say yes but in reallity, not happening. I'm still waiting for compensation for several items. It's been a year now.

I had to bring a pot from home a few months ago because we no longer even get a pot to piss in.

Such luxury!

In our workshop I don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of !

End of the year bonus based on profits with means bonus gets smaller every year.

Bonus? hmmm reminds me of God... i've heard about it... just never seen it.
