Any American political movement that seriously thinks you can balance the USA budget and decrease the massive deficit with only tax cuts and no tax increases quickly looses credibility as very short term thinkers only hoping to get elected.

The reason none of us are 'taking the bait' as it were, is probably that we're sick and tired of it and JUST DON'T GIVE A S*** any more.

Probably because we are living in a republic that is being controlled by corporate empire(s), as your earlier responders astutely pointed out. A name does not make any difference. Follow the money and you'll see the politicos are all for sale, and they love when large masses of people go ga-ga over a 'new' candidate just because he's for whatever whacky or reasonable thing he's claiming to be for.

we had better give a $ hit as thing are not looking to good now. I didn't catch what RRogers was poking at but far as the tea party, I believe it a bunch of people that want the right thing done. maybe I'm wrong but I agree with the people they have supported so far. bachman or perry, not happy with either. I will probably vote for the pizza man or paul. yes, make weed legal.

Nah Ron Paul is too much of a kook when it comes to certain things....tho I'd vote for any candidate that would put Ron Paul as Chairman of the Federal Reserve....He'd audit that place by himself to fix it if he had to....

I just want to know when this current administration will start taking the responsibility for this mess we are in?

When is the blame of GW Bush over? why are our troops still in Iraq & Afghanistan as he promised to be removed?

where the fuck are the jobs?? why has my health care gone up $600.00 since this communist took office? why am I paying $4.00 a gallon for gas with no plans in place for relief?

How come this current administration has DONE NOTHING for the small businesses?

I rather be a member of the "Tea Party" then be a member of the "Scumbag Party"

Speaking of the current financial situation we are in:

I got a pre-declined credit card offer in the mail this past weekend.

Mccain had a shot at winning until he jumped the shark and teamed up with that idiot Palin. If he wanted to run with a woman he could have picked one with a brain.

I am going to guess if your insurance has gone up $600 you either live in a war zone or the admin people where you work really suck based on the fact that my boss just changed us to Blue Cross and dropped our payment in half. Ever think your insurance company is fucking you over. I will bet you that no matter who you put in office your payment will not come down.

John McCain never had a prayer of being elected. His numbers got better because of Sarah.

I couldn't understand how McCain got it in the first place and when he named Palin as his running mate, I though "oh $hit, it's gonna get bad"

Uh dont ya know, that the quote "Blame the previous admin!!!" Is inscribed into all politicians desks including the prez. Has been for thousands of years. Its flat out the nature of human politics. get used to it. "why has my health care gone up $600.00 since this communist took office? why am I paying $4.00 a gallon for gas with no plans in place for relief?" Why doesn't a car only cost $900, or a pop 5c, its also the human nature that what we use for currency will always fluctuate in value, and for the most part, over trivial BS. "How come this current administration has DONE NOTHING for the small businesses?" Name one that has...? Do they need subsidies? But that would be result in burdensome taxation? Where do you get your food and household items from? A mom and pop shop or a corporate store? WE, as a populace, cause small business to suffer, way more than the "Evil Government" has ever done. Survival of the fittest is the whole meaning of capitalism. Overall one of the biggest oxymoron's of is: some one who calls for smaller government, yet cries when the government doesn't do enough.
