Pay attention, please. Am I talking about key-op training on how to use the machine, or print driver? No. I'm talking about teaching them how to use the software on their computers. Isn't THAT what this thread is about? Cmon, man!

When Did I say I would show them how to do anything other than use the copier/printer to there full advantage? When and where did I post that I would show them how to make tables on Excel (or anything like that) I didn't, cuz I won't. If they have a question and I can be of some assistance then yes, otherwise I point them in the direction of there IT. (or tell them to google it or better still youtube has a ton of vid's on how to use stuff)

Perhaps it is not I that needs to pay more attention?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Why are you posting about showing customers how to use their machines? Or selling them your machines, and showing them how to use them? What does that even have to do with this thread? I don't get it. I doubt anyone cares if you give key operator training on your machines. I'm sure we all do. That's not what the thread is about.
