    [WTF] Toshiba Canada Tech support...or lack thereoff !!

    Any other Canadian techs try to use this useless service? I have been fixin copiers for 25 yrs and this is the most pathetic support I have ever dealt with...anyone else had the pleasure? Its been 4 weeks since I left a detailed voice message regarding a 5520...still waiting for them to call me back.They sure don't seem to give a shit about thier dealerships thats for sure...
