Judging by his APPEARANCE, Romney by all standards, looks like a Presidential material. I'm not conversant with his policies. But don't be fooled, appearances can be deceptive; thus the saying,' Don't judge a book by the cover'. President OBAMA is one of the best Orators in modern political history and enjoys the advantage of incumbency. Based on his performance in office (a task best judged by the American citizens themselves), He could as well clinch the presidency again and secure for himself another term in office, if he again deploys a well organized, disciplined, resilient & efficient campaign team and machinery, backed up with his polished oratory skills which can sway the voters on his side.

Honestly I don't know if my definition of ''efficient campaign machinery'' fits into your description of ''Chicago democratic thugs''. But what I and the rest of the world ( i presume) do know very well is that, in that last presidential elections which brought Obama in power, those ''THUGS'' were well organized, disciplined and much more efficient & effective than their Republican counterparts.

Sometimes ''thuggery'' is the only way to succeed in life! Thus the saying, ''The end justifies the means''.

I also wish to disagree with Toner bomb's opinion that if Obama is re-elected he will turn the USA into a Soviet style Socialist state! With all due respect, that is a weak argument, carried on from the previous campaign gimmicks by Obama's opponents,& it didn't alter the political landscape. Anybody can see that any transformation from one political, social & economic system or order cannot take place ''over night''. The American form of democracy, which also nurtured Obama, has been in existence for over 200years now, having been founded among other things, on CAPITALISM,as the founding father's principle. Therefore, for Obama to change this system in a mere 8 years of his presidency would be a real miracle of the 21st century.

On the contrary BUSH with his Republican and '' Wall street THUGS'' nearly caused the collapse of the world economy!

What about the "FAST and FURIOUS" program he ran.... Intentionally put guns into Mexican drug lords hands with the intent of using it as excuse (Propaganda War) to ban guns in the USA....
