google mail calender

Nothing copier related, but thought there might be an expert in the forum...I want to print my calender, but I need to show all item listed through the day, including notes on meetings that I wrote down..miles, food expense etc...I can't seem to find a way to view this info without having to look at each event. I am trying to get totals for mileage and food but having to look at each entry is too time consuming...Easier for me would be to print everything out by day and then tabulate it myself. Thanks Emuo

Yes..I tried but all I get is the view from my screen..can't get all to print out..What are you doing to get the entire day..EMujo

I think you just select the day view and that is it.

Mine was just week view and it doesn't show the whole 24hrs only from 11:00 to 21:00 if you have noticed.
