I find swearing in short loud bursts and chain smoking generally helps.

Find a Copier you really hate, that belongs to a Customer you really hate, and give them the personal cell phone number of a salesperson you really hate, and say "we are giving away a very limited number of trade-ins this month..."

...then spend the next week avoiding the office and screening your calls.

                Yes, I really did.

Salesperson quit - still stuck with the customer, but they requested I not come back.

                I feel much better now.

Did something else for a few years

I felt like that a few years ago.
I quit the job, and travelled and worked around the world for about 4-5 years. Then I took a job in Norway again, and after about two years I had to quit. I felt absolutely burned out. I didn't have any energy at all - and I hated every day at work. I took a few extra years of education and became a teacher.

I started as a tech again at a good company. Good colleagues and so on.
I have become more organized and is almost always prepared.
I spend all the time in the car listening to audio books, and before I know it's time to go home. In average I have time to listen to 3-6 books a week. I feel like I spend the time with things that interest me. I still take a few classes at the university, and will probably continue with that. I believe that I get bored when I stop to learn new things.
I have also stopped to stress at work. Things take the time it takes.
And I still manage more jobs each day than I did before...
In the future I'd like to teach for a day, and work as a tech the rest of the week.

                    Taste Therapy

Take a lemon SweetTart. Put it in your mouth and chew while squirting tomato ketchup inside your mouth to wash it down.

                    It's a life changing experience.

The Medical Term for this condition is "Pica" (Google it) and unless your pregnant you really should see a doctor...
