I recently washed a thumb drive and it seems to have survived. I use Tide. Maybe it is USB stick friendly. lol. It went through the dryer as well, so, maybe that helped.

I had one of those iPod Shuffle players I bought for when we were in the field or such for the National Guard....I must have washed and dried it 3 or 4 times along with the headphones.....been thru several pairs of headphones but that little Shuffle still works like a champ!

We did have a tech that lost his teeth.. (false teeth). He searched all over the place, in the car, in his tool box.. Finally the customer called and said a tech that was here left a set of teeth in a napkin on top of the copier..

I had a 2GB jump drive not only survive the washer, but the dryer, as well.

It still worked, but only had a 1GB capacity after the ordeal.

          Musta shrank it, I guess.

OK, how do you not know you don't have your teeth in for so long that you leave them?

That's a good question. He would lose a lot of things it was unbelievable. His Theory was he took them out put them in his pocket and they somehow fell out. Which could happen. but I asked the same thing.

The question I have is, why take them out in the first place? Was he trying to get his head into a tight spot and removing his teeth made his head smaller?

OK, that made me laugh when I pictured it.
