Yes you do get "legal" benefits tho. Religious aspects aside that's probably the big reason.

None worth while to myself though or my other third.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

No commitment to one another; any time any one of you can call it quits. You can't have a settled mind. Legalize the cohabitation and get down to serious commitment and focus on your family life. Surely you will reap the benefits: Respect and dignity in society, Keep your heart at peace, as well as that of the 'mama baby'....(mother of your daughter).

No benefits of being married for the legal reasons, we are happy the way we are, we have a home and a teething daughter and i would still never consider leaving my partner. Plus she puts up with me, hard to find another that would regardless of being married or not.

Putting up with your crap, is a biggie. As you get older it can be more important than a hot body, rich daddy or a brother who drives the beer truck.

Still technically single. In an 11 year monogamous relationship. Never going to get married...not even with a prenup (not that there's anything to take) :-p

Real simple, why change what works just fine. If either of us dies then the cat gets everything.

You know you've been married a long time when you work in an all male shop but still put the seat down after.
