nope not as yet - tried 2 reset password this morning-had to open about 6 pages before i could even read the 2 words ur supposed to type!
once logged in, every time i move to another page have to log in again! to post this had to accept rules- redirected to a page that wont open in chrome!

I like using chrome personally but it doesnt work with this site. I dont complain about it I just switch to IE. It's not that big of a deal to me.

When you come to this site you are on the home page. Just click forum at the top and you'll be on the right page to key your id and password. If you have to go through 6 pages you're doing it wrong.

You might want to post this in "site feedback" area of the forum. This is for tech industry or personal gripes and fun stuff. Posting in the right area ensures that the people who handle that issue see it sooner.

Sounds like your browser security settings are maxed out and it's not saving your login cookies.

i know how to login! as stated previously was attempting a PASSWORD RESET which asks you to verify the usual squiggly words- i jus couldnt read em which is why it took 6 attempts but hey whatever....

Including the third post, yes. Pretty sure prntrfxr was just trying to assist you, as was I with my first post. When you feel like being polite to people attempting to assist you, and your grammar level improves beyond what the average child can put onto paper, please try again and I'm sure people will have an easier time helping you, and be more willing to boot.

I think Phil2112 was making a valid point, and I'm not sure the amount of times he has posted has anything to do with the point he was making, nor has his choice of grammar.......

He was just ranting about the difficulty on reading the letters when trying to do a password rest and on having to use shit IE. Is that not the point of a rants section on this great forum.......

Grammar doesn't seem to be a choice these days, there are those that have it and those that don't. I however, am much more inclined (and able) to help someone who can type out a complete thought or close to it as opposed to "I dnt lyk frumz lttrz r hrd 6 times!!!1one!!".

Captchas suck, the world over knows it. Funny part is, with the captcha system, Google is actually using it to get crowd source translations and interpretations of some old text. Did you know that the captchas only require one of the two words to be correct? It tries to make the intended correct word the more clear, obviously, though it does end up being near indecipherable sometimes - whereas the other word is open to interpretation, and they use it for the aforementioned crowd source interpretations.
