      Can be anything from 1-8 calls a day, some calls are quick fixes others are not.

          Anywhere from 4-8 a day. Depends more on who the last tech was at the machine.....some guys are real lazy(yes, there is more than 1 corona unit; shooting a can of air into the side of the machine is not "cleaning the optics"; using the same gray rag for a week will not get a machine clean; etc). Anything "connectivity" related can take anywhere from 5 minutes to the better part of a day. .... and of course, finding a parking spot in the city can take longer than the service call itself.....

            I think I do 6 to 10 a day plus deliveries. My best was 16 work orders and 6 toner deliveries in 8 hours. My worst was 3 days on a Minolta color 3102 in a 3 star general's office and then had to pull the machine to finish the repair at the shop. I completed 1150 calls last year and 1365 the year before. [deliveries don't count]

                    I probably average 4 or 5 a day. But like others have said, sometimes i wind up doing nothing and others 8-10 is not uncommon. My count does probably include a few deliveries but we cover a pretty large rural area. 200+ miles a day isn't that uncommon either.
                    I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

                              I average 6-8 per day (Sharp BW & color, Canon BW and Canon fax), 200-400 miles a day, 5% to 7% callback avg.

                              Lowest = 1

                              Highest = 12
