I do 4 or 5 a day. I have done as many as 8 when the call load demands it; but I would rather be very thorough on each call to prevent excessive service calls. It is an ironic fact in this business that the more you do, the less you NEED to do.

Amen to that. At our company we use a total call procedure. Works great.
