    Snow won't melt ???

I'm getting weird emails about snow that won't melt in the deep south of America?
Is there any truth to this ? It seems a bit out there to be true.
Multiple people on youtube videos walk outside their homes pick up a hand full of snow then burn it with a gas lighter?
In every video I watched the snow turns black and (according to the person in video) smells like styrofoam ?..
The snow does not melt, there is no water dripping down, WTF.... ?

Funny you she oiled mention this... The local weatherman on TV just covered this a few nights ago.

The snow goes directly from being a solid to a gas, or vapor in this case. This is known as sublimation.

Chances are that the source of the flame was a butane lighter, and butane is a carbon based fuel. The black on the snow is the carbon from the butane, and so is the smell

    That should demystify things.

        Re: Snow won't melt ???

Myth buster Mayhem. What a crock of sh!t.....

I scraped a hand full off frost off my freezer and burnt it with a butane lighter.
It didn't melt or drip water and reacted and smelt like burning styrofoam.
        I waited a few minutes and the ice change colour from white to clear;
and I burnt it again with the butane lighter.
This time the ice/frost melted and water dripped down, and smelt like burning stryofoam.

        Conclusion:
All snow/frost behaves as normal when burnt with a butane lighter, and smells like styrofoam.
No water drips down because the winter cold air prevents accumulation or condensation to form.
The ice/frost only dripped at my located because it warmed to the summer temperature of the room as I burnt
it the second time. Nothing abnormal found here. Yes it still smelt like burnt styrofoam, totally normal.
No aliens came running out of the ice/frost as it burnt.....

Thankyou ladies and gentlemen that concludes are myth buster science lesson for today.
Stay tuned for the next exciting episode of "mythbuster mayhem".....

People are trying to claim that this 'fake snow' is what is being dropped in chemtrails.

Actually, it's mentioned elsewhere on CTN: Shadow1's immortal "Never Vacuum a Fart" post, or should I say "anthem".

Just noticed the "she oiled" in my post, instead of "should". Stupid auto correct.

                        Re : Autocorrect.
It drives me up the wall. I'm always going back and fixing up stupid word fill/autocorrect.
It's worse on an Android Tablet. You can't go back and edit the last line of text.
I wish I knew how to turn it off...

( This only took thirty corrections to fix) I can press the post key.......

I turned off autocorrect off on the Android phone the mothership gave me because it was useless and annoying, but that was a while ago so I don't remember how to do that right now. Hopefully someone else will come up with a more immediate solution, if not I'll let you know what I did when I figure it out.

I might have found the autocorrect feature. Anouying little gagget... Still appears to be typing weird text. Maybe not...
