So the town of Oso had the president come and he gave a speech. If you didn't know Oso is the town here in Washington state that had the mud slide and 39 people were killed. Some still missing. I've been to Oso, my uncle lived there. Well he gave this speech and mispronounced the name of the town. Said the town of AH-SO. Damn Mr President, it's only 3 tiny little letters. IT's pronounced O-SO. It's not AH-SO. He sounded like he was from China or Japan ? This story has been going for a month now. All the big networks carried it. How do you not pronouce the town name properly? .Please show a little respect .

The media was so in the tank to get Obama elected. He can almost never do wrong. Even after all the fiascos, the media doesn't rip him apart like they do/did republicans like Bush.

Back in 2008 the Danish papers were asking "Is Obama the new Jesus?".
Yes, they were...crazy isn't it? Especially since the press also love to attack our official state religion at any other opportunity. Denmark is built on Christian values - even if we are Lutherans, and not really pious or the types to take ourselves too seriously, the likening of an ordinary man to Jesus is pretty far out!
Anyway, to avoid further digression I will kill my personal rant here :-)
