Will you need physical therapy? My guess is no, since you haven't been off it for more than a few hours. It's the lying there for weeks that stiffens up the joints.
Everyone I talk to says these joint replacements are much less painful than the old worn out joint, thusly they move much better.

One of our customers is the local agent for artificial hips and one day let me have a look in their show room. You would think that these replacements would just come in small, medium and large and left and right but, no, there's hundreds of variations. I was most impressed with the engineering that went into these titanium marvels and some of them were so intricately machined they would qualify as a work of art.Leave a comment:

Life sucks . II
We'll not really. Not as bad as Paul. Not even as bad as Blackcats foot. I went in and had a total hip replacement on Tuesday. Back home Wednesday afternoon. I was Able to RUN upstairs 2 years ago. Lately it was slow walking with a bad limp. My left femur socket just wore out. After 61 years. 30 years of aggressive racquetball, other sports. Working on darn office equipment for 40 years has taken it's toll. All in all I feel real good. I love modern medicine. Will be off for another week or so. Not bad . So I had the doctor give me the top of my femur. I,m going to make a bowl of soup and eat myself. LOL. I,m going to become a canaBill. Take care folks.
