Joan Rivers has passed away stemming from complications from minor surgery. More comedians dying now... Such a tragedy. On the plus side, her face will live on. That thing must be 100% plastic by now! They could frame it and put it in a museum!

A true comedian can still make you laugh even after they die...That being said, they will save a fortune in embalming costs.

I have already had to say goodbye to both of mine many years ago. Also to my wife's grandparents to whom she was very close.

In all seriousness, my condolences to Melissa Rivers - I dread the day I have to say goodbye to a parent. RIP

I have had to face the prospect of losing my dad on several occasions with his heart attacks and his 9 hour operation earlier this year, and had to face it once with my mum when she was seriously ill with legionnaires disease, but I give thanks that I still have them both, I'm not sure how I would cope if I lost them.
